Bridging Environmental Design and Brand Strategy to Launch a Massive U.S. Headquarters

GN ReSound, a global leader in intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions, was constructing a state-of-the-art manufacturing and operational center in Shakopee, Minnesota, to serve as the U.S. headquarters for its expansive portfolio of brands. They required an agency partner capable of taking a massive, 200,000+ square-foot architectural footprint and bringing their global brand to life. The challenge was to ensure the massive facility communicated high-level international brand standards while maintaining deep, authentic resonance with the local community.Bolster approached the project not as a simple interior decorating task, but as a holistic environmental branding initiative. Our goal was to engineer an immersive space that uniquely expressed the brand's vision while making employees, customers, global guests, and the local Shakopee community feel entirely at home.
