A seasoned restaurateur with a passion for healthy living wanted to create a new concept that would meet the needs of health-conscious, time-strapped consumers. He would offer nutrient-rich, responsibly-sourced, natural ingredients within a fast and convenient dining experience. His goal was to make eating better, a little bit easier.
