Engineering a modular display system to launch a brand into brick-and-mortar retail
As one of America's most trusted brands in smart home innovation, Vivint sought to expand its physical footprint into brick-and-mortar retail, piloting new programs within massive environments like Walmart and Costco. The objective was to translate the seamless integration of their security, comfort, and convenience products into a tangible, in-store shopping experience that could capture the attention of everyday shoppers.
Bolster was challenged to develop a uniquely branded display system to engage, educate, and inspire consumers. Knowing that Vivint products are designed for a myriad of different homes and living situations, we engineered a retail architecture that was just as flexible. Our goal was to share the story of how Vivint transforms standard homes into intelligent living environments.

We prioritized:

By delivering a highly flexible and premium retail solution, Bolster enabled Vivint to successfully launch their brick-and-mortar presence. The modular display system effectively disrupted heavy foot traffic in high-volume environments, inviting shoppers to stop and engage with the technology. The strategic success of both the permanent fixtures and the mobile pop-up units provided Vivint with a proven, scalable blueprint for ongoing retail expansion and physical brand engagement nationwide.
