How does an outdoor adventure startup attract a band of loyal followers and become known as the premiere aquatic adventure service in Wisconsin?

In order to help the new business make a splash, Bolster began by strategically surveying the outdoor adventure category throughout the upper Midwest.

Through the insights gleaned from the categorical survey, Bolster developed a name, brand identity and brand strategy that ranged from mobile outdoor advertising to social media storytelling. To help streamline River Guide Kayak’s business operations and improve its customer’s experience Bolster developed a website with an integrated calendaring system to track the number of available kayaks and allow users to easily book their own trip.
